Core technology

Low-nitrogen, low-carbon combustion technology
• Strong fuel adaptability: gas, liquid, dual fuel, combustion efficiency up to more than 99.9%.
• Premixed combustion, traditional fossil energy such as natural gas and nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions are less than 25ppmv.
• It can use petroleum associated gas, chemical exhaust gas, metallurgical exhaust gas, biomass gas and other medium and low calorific value gases.
• Green energy sources such as hydrogen and ammonia can be used to achieve zero-carbon combustion.
Efficient centrifugal compressor technology
• Centrifugal compressor flow rates range from 1kg/s to 12kg/s
• Pressure ratios range from 4.0 to 8.6
High-efficiency axial turbine technology
• Axial turbine flow rates range from 1kg/s to 12kg/s
• The expansion ratio ranges from 3.3 to 7.7
Dynamic reheat adjustable technology
• The exhaust temperature is continuously adjustable between 270°C-650°C, and the thermoelectric ratio can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to the changes in heat demand under different working conditions.
Modular system integration technology
• Standardized modules and interfaces: The gas turbine system is divided into core modules such as air intake, fuel, combustion, electrical, power take-off and box loading, and a unified mechanical, electrical, fluid and control interface standards are established, and flexible transition interfaces are matched to achieve high compatibility and rapid replacement between modules.
• Scenario-adaptable module: It supports scenario applications such as offshore platforms, high and low temperature oilfields, medium and low calorific value fuels, and variable loads. The air intake, combustion, power take-off, and box-loading modules are strengthened to meet the strong environmental adaptability and complex boundary operation.
• Customer customization: Subsystems can be customized according to customer needs to achieve rapid integration and friendly operation and maintenance.
Remote monitoring and predictive maintenance technology
• Multi-terminal access: View gas turbine operating status, alarms and diagnostic reports in real time on the web page and APP.
• Advanced diagnosis: real-time evaluation of thermal performance, structural vibration, operating status and life prediction, with an abnormal diagnosis accuracy of up to 90%.
• Remote troubleshooting: Quickly retrieve high-resolution data and logs remotely to quickly locate and troubleshoot.
• Customized reports: Periodically publish comprehensive reports on operation, alarms, diagnostics, reliability, and more.

R&D platform

The company has built a series of R&D and testing platforms including complete machine test benches, core component test benches, air bearing test benches, etc., as well as full 3D simulation laboratories, etc., and has the R&D and manufacturing capabilities of micro and small gas turbines from design, core component processing, component testing to prototype assembly, complete machine commissioning and product finalization.
