Recently, the 2 megawatt E2100 gas turbine independently designed and developed by ENN Power successfully operated smoothly for more than 8,000 hours in Inner Mongolia Dalat Banner New Energy Company, recycling and emptying more than 2,160 square meters of fuel gas, with a cumulative power generation of more than 10 million kWh and more than 45,000 tons of steam, marking an important step in the technological breakthrough and independent innovation of gas turbines in the field of methanol gas exhaust.

New Energy Venting Fuel Gas Resource Recycling Project

ENN Power provided an integrated solution of "E2100 gas turbine + waste heat boiler" system, customized design of combustion chamber and compressor for this project, and sent this part of the vented fuel gas to the gas turbine for combustion, generating high-temperature flue gas first to generate electricity, and then entering the waste heat boiler to generate steam for production heat. Through the recycling of waste gas resources, nearly 10,000 tons of standard coal can be saved every year, thereby saving the consumption of fuel coal, which not only reduces environmental pollution, but also increases the economic benefits of the enterprise. This project not only improves the energy utilization efficiency of New Energy, but also provides a more efficient and environmentally friendly solution for the recycling of coal-to-methanol vented fuel gas.

E2100Simple cycle gas turbine generator set + 1 flue gas waste heat boiler with a rated evaporation capacity of 12t/h

Solution advantages:

Energy bills

The annual power generation is as high as more than 1,200 kWh, and the annual output of steam is more than 50,000 tons

It saves more than 400 yuan in electricity bills, 8,300 tons of standard coal, and 22,000 tons of carbon emissions

The comprehensive energy efficiency of the project can reach 85%, and the emission indicators such as carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides are better than the national standards

Project site

The core equipment used in this project is the first megawatt-level product launched by ENN Power after years of technical precipitation in the field of micro gas turbines. The E2100 series gas turbine adopts a single-stage centrifugal compressor, four single-cylinder combustion chambers and a two-stage axial turbine. In terms of circulation form, the E2100 series gas turbine has two types: simple cycle and heat recovery cycle, and the recuperator adopts an external scheme, with thermoelectric ratio adjustable technology, which can flexibly adjust the ratio of output heat energy to electrical energy. Based on the strong thermoelectric ratio adjustment ability, the E2100 series gas turbine can be flexibly configured and operated according to the actual needs and energy consumption characteristics of customers, and has a wider range of application scenarios. It can be widely used in the oil and gas industry, chemical and metallurgical industrial parks, commercial and public construction distributed energy supply, renewable fuel utilization, special power supply and other fields. In addition, the E2100 series gas turbine also has the advantages of large flow, high energy efficiency and low emissions, and will give full play to the maximum energy-saving potential of the whole system after it is put into operation.
