On August 7, Sichuan Lihong Ceramics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lihong Ceramics") and ENN Energy Power Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ENN Power") held a grand commissioning ceremony for the gas turbine distributed energy project in Weiyuan County, Neijiang City. The official commissioning of this innovative project is the successful application of the first spray dryer tower cogeneration system in the domestic ceramic industry, marking an important step for Lihong Ceramics in energy transformation and green development.

The ceremony was held at the Lihong Ceramics Production Base, attended by Fei Yuanqing, Executive Deputy General Manager of ENN Power, Li Shihong, Deputy General Manager, Zhang Shulin, Chairman of Lihong Ceramics, Ou Jun, Director of the Planning Department, and other relevant persons in charge of ENN Power and Lihong Ceramics. The successful application of the gas turbine distributed energy project is an important embodiment of Lihong Ceramics' active response to the national "dual carbon" strategy and active social responsibility. After the project is put into operation, it will effectively reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions in the production process, laying a solid foundation for enterprises to achieve sustainable development.

Fei Yuanqing, executive deputy general manager of ENN Power, delivered a speech, saying that the project is an important step in the green transformation of the ceramic industry, and the cooperation between the two parties not only demonstrates technical strength and market forward-looking, but also practices the concept of green and low-carbon development. The successful implementation of this project benefits from the close cooperation and joint efforts of ENN Power and Lihong Ceramics. After being put into operation, it is expected to supply about 30.1 million kWh of clean electricity and about 98.4 million kcal of thermal energy per year, realizing the efficient and clean production of ceramic spray drying towers, and significantly improving the company's environmental protection governance capabilities.

The project adopts the E2100 small gas turbine independently developed by ENN Power to transform the ceramic spray drying tower from coal-to-gas, energy-saving and environmentally friendly, replacing the original coal-fired hot blast furnace, and realizing the efficient and clean production of the ceramic spray drying tower. The thermal energy is used for drying the powder of the drying tower, and the electric energy supports the operation of ball mills, presses, fans and other electrical equipment, and the overall utilization of system energy is realized in accordance with the principle of cascade utilization.

The application of the E2100 gas turbine distributed energy project not only provides a new energy solution for the ceramic industry, but also makes positive contributions to the realization of national energy conservation and emission reduction goals. Sichuan Lihong Ceramics Co., Ltd. is located in Neijiang City, Sichuan Province, in the center of the Chengdu-Chongqing Special Economic Zone, is a large-scale architectural ceramics enterprise integrating ceramic glaze making, ceramic chemical industry, ceramic design, production and sales, with an annual production of 35 million square meters of architectural ceramic interior wall tiles, exterior wall tiles and floor tiles, 80,000 tons of ceramic glaze, and an output value of 1 billion yuan. Solution:
