Focusing on the two major energy needs of ceramic enterprises of "heat + electricity", combined with its production process, ENN Power proposed an overall solution for the combined heat and power system with gas turbine as the core device, and transformed the ceramic spray drying tower from coal to gas to energy-saving and environmental protection.

Using natural gas as fuel, the chemical energy of the fuel is converted into power, and then converted into high-grade thermal energy and electrical energy, which is used for drying of drying tower powder, and the electric energy supports the operation of ball mills, presses, fans and other electrical equipment.

3. Flexibility and reliability, reach full load in 2.5 minutes

Gas turbines have the ability to quickly start, shut down and adjust loads, which can adapt to the seasonal and hourly heat load requirements in the production process of the ceramic industry, effectively reduce manual control operations, shorten the time of starting and stopping each process system of the unit, and improve operating efficiency. Taking the E2100 gas turbine as an example, the self-designed gas turbine control system is adopted, ignition to the rated speed of about 5 minutes, 2.5 minutes to reach full load (2049kW), to achieve rapid response of gas turbines, and can adjust the response time according to actual needs, which can be used immediately to meet the flexible thermoelectric needs of customers.

Sichuan Lihong Ceramics Co., Ltd. is located in Neijiang City, Sichuan Province, in the center of the Chengdu-Chongqing Special Economic Zone, is a large-scale architectural ceramics enterprise integrating ceramic glaze making, ceramic chemical industry, ceramic design, production and sales, with an annual production of 35 million square meters of architectural ceramic interior wall tiles, exterior wall tiles and floor tiles, 80,000 tons of ceramic glaze, and an output value of 1 billion yuan. Sichuan Lihong Ceramic Spray Drying Tower E2100 Distributed Energy Coal to Gas Conversion Project provides multi-energy complementary and integrated distributed energy system solutions based on small gas turbines, helping customers in the ceramic industry to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction, safe and environmentally friendly production.

Solution:
