On February 24, 2023, the "Oil Extraction Industry Gas Turbine Application Scenario Exchange Conference" hosted by ENN Power was held in Langfang, Hebei Province. Nineteen petroleum industry customer representatives and industry ecological partners, including North China Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield, Yanchang Petroleum, and Southwest Oil and Gas Field, attended the event.

At the exchange meeting, Fei Yuanqing, executive deputy general manager of ENN Power, and An Shukai, chief engineer of North China Oilfield Fourth Oil Production Plant, delivered speeches respectively. Fei Yuanqing, executive deputy general manager of ENN Power, said that after ten years of unremitting efforts, ENN Power has completed product creation and finalization, and has successfully been demonstrated and applied in oilfields, metallurgical and chemical industries, commercial entities and some industrial scenarios, and has completed nearly 100,000 hours of operation data, which has been well received by customers. ENN has always advocated an energy system that starts from user needs, takes the development and utilization of the whole energy value chain as the core, adapts to local conditions, gives priority to clean energy, and uses energy supply to complement each other. As the core supporting product of the pan-energy concept, gas turbine is set to be the country's heavy weapon to shoulder the mission, science and technology self-improvement to create the future, contribute to the country's green energy construction, and hope to create more cooperation value for both sides through this exchange.

An Shukai, chief engineer of North China Oilfield Oil Production Plant No. 4, said that the gas turbine project of North China Oilfield Quanquan Station 241 is a cogeneration integrated energy station jointly designed and built by North China Oilfield Oil Production Plant No. 4 and ENN Power. This unit has the characteristics of low noise, low maintenance, high reliability, high intelligent automatic control, and low pollution emissions compared with traditional reciprocating generators. It not only meets the requirements of green environmental protection, but also realizes the utilization of energy in the whole value chain and improves energy efficiency. Through this exchange and discussion, there will be more gas turbine applications combined with oilfield scenarios in the future, promoting energy conservation and green development in the petrochemical industry.

Huang Wentao, director of the new energy development department of North China Oilfield Plant 4, introduced the application of ENN Power E2100 model in Quanquan Station of Oil Production Plant 4. The daily power generation of the project is about 43,000 kWh, and the generated electricity is fully integrated into the local area network of North China Oilfield. The rated heat production is 1876kW, which can meet the heat demand in the station, and the waste heat is generated by the flue gas heat exchanger to generate 90°C hot water for crude oil heating in the station. Up to now, it has been in stable operation for one year, with a cumulative operating time of 7,287 hours. The successful delivery of the project provides practical engineering reference for the transformation of the energy supply system in the domestic petrochemical industry, which has typical demonstration significance.

Chen Chunsheng, chief expert of Shengli Oilfield, introduced the application of ENN Power E390 model in the cogeneration of Shengli Oilfield's Bosan transfer station. The project adopts one E390-R adjustable heat recovery unit and a 600kW flue gas heat exchanger to generate power and connect it to the oilfield power grid. After one year of operation, the project can meet the production heating needs in oil and gas gathering and transportation scenarios and reduce grid electricity consumption. The annual monitoring data shows that the emission indicators of the project meet the environmental protection policy requirements of local and Shengli Oilfield, solve environmental protection problems, and the micro-combustion unit has certain reference significance for the local conversion and utilization of low-quality natural gas.

North China Oilfield Oil Production Plant No. 4 Quanquan Station E2100 gas turbine cogeneration project

As ENN Power's first megawatt gas turbine operation project, it undertakes the company's role from micro gas turbines to megawatt small gas turbines. On October 28, 2021, the project officially started construction, and on February 18, 2022, it was successfully connected to the grid for the first time, marking the first anniversary of stable operation as of February 2023, marking the stability and reliability of this equipment in the oilfield field. At the same time, the project also won the "2022 China Distributed Integrated Energy Excellent Project Special Award" selected by the China Distributed Energy International Forum and China Energy Network.

The project is located in the amber camp area of the fourth oil production plant of North China Oilfield in Yongqing County, Langfang City, Hebei Province, and the associated gas in the station is generated by gas turbines, and the generated power is integrated into the 6kV distribution network of the oilfield. The smoke exhaust temperature after the associated gas power generation is about 295°C and the heat is about 1876kW, which is generated by the flue gas/hot water heat exchanger to generate hot water at 90°C for crude oil heating and tank tracing in the tank farm.
