After all business partners sang the "Song of ENN", Fei Yuanqing, executive deputy general manager, first made a work report. 2022 is an important stage for ENN Power product polishing and reliability improvement. ENN Power has carried out a comprehensive strategic focus, guided by the pan-energy concept, implemented comprehensive budget management with business thinking, and worked hard in oilfields, ceramics and other scenarios, and polished gas turbine products through measures such as double five to zero, drawing inferences from one case to another, and quality control in the whole process. At the same time, the IPT model chief teacher system is implemented, responsible for the whole life cycle of gas turbines, and establishes a customer-oriented communication mechanism to improve product polishing efficiency. In terms of digitalization, through the integration of the core system, the main business process is opened up for the whole process management, and the quality history of the whole process of product development and the traceability of key parts of the equipment are realized, so as to achieve the decomposition of gas turbine quality requirements, production traces, after-sales maintenance, fault analysis and treatment and other multi-dimensional digital management, and initially achieve the goal of total quality management, which plays an important role in the quality traceability and control of the whole life cycle of the product.
Looking forward to 2023, ENN Power will continue to focus on product quality and reliability, based on customer thinking, and accelerate the process of digital intelligence.In terms of market development, the first is to go deep into customers, focus on the industry, dig deep into customer pain points, and verify the business model; the second is to jointly develop and optimize pan-energy scenario solutions; and the third is to continuously explore and explore new market areas. In terms of innovative research and development, starting from customer needs, with the goal of improving customer satisfaction and solving customer differentiation pain points, focusing on the reliability of gas turbines and scenario adaptability polishing, gradually realizing product finalization, reducing production costs through design optimization, and accelerating the marketization process. In terms of lean production, the first is to strengthen the construction of production process teams through the continuous introduction of talents; the second is to shorten the delivery cycle and improve product quality with the goal of "starting from customer needs and satisfying customers". Subsequently, Li Shihong, Zhang Hong, Li Jinxing, Song Junbo, Li Chengqin, Hu Hao, Bao Qilei, Li Shuling, Zhang Qifeng and other main reasons focused on customer perception and market, product research and development, lean production, quality and safety, customer products and digitalization, after-sales, talent stimulation and financial value creation.
