Quan 241 Station is located in the Amber Camp operation area of the No. 4 Oil Production Plant of North China Oilfield, and is a large-scale comprehensive station that undertakes important production tasks such as oil production, crude oil export, natural gas treatment, external supply, and water injection. In order to further improve energy utilization efficiency and achieve mutual promotion and win-win results between environmental protection and economy, the original direct-fired heating equipment has been upgraded.

In addition to complying with the standards and specifications formulated by the state and relevant ministries and commissions, the members of the ENN Power Oil and Gas Field Working Group analyzed the energy structure of the site, and in addition to complying with the standards and specifications formulated by the state and relevant ministries and commissions, they also followed the principles of economic environmental protection, stability and reliability, comprehensive utilization of local energy, and convenient maintenance and management, and customized the implementation plan for the targeted transformation of the main equipment with E2100-R gas turbine + 1900kW flue gas/hot water heat exchanger as the main equipment.

On October 28, 2021, the Quan241 cogeneration project officially started construction and was successfully connected to the grid for the first time on February 18, 2022. After the completion of the project, the annual power generation capacity is 13.92 million kWh, reducing carbon emissions by 11,100 tons. Associated gas generates electricity through gas turbines, and waste heat provides process heat through flue gas heat exchangers, realizing the utilization of the whole value chain of energy and greatly improving the energy efficiency of the system.

At present, ENN Power's self-developed E2100-R unit has successfully reached full load, is in good operating condition, and has normal operating indicators, with a cumulative operating time of 5,489 hours as of December 8.This is the first delivery project of ENN Power's E2000 series gas turbine, marking a key step in mastering the key technologies of ENN Power to improve power generation efficiency and thermal efficiency. At the same time, the successful delivery of this project provides practical engineering reference for the transformation of energy supply system in the domestic petrochemical industry, which has typical demonstration significance.
