For steam energy use process

The gas is used for power generation through the gas turbine, and the high-temperature flue gas generated up to more than 600 degrees is converted into the steam required for the production process through the waste heat boiler for users. At the same time, the unique low-nitrogen combustion technology of the gas turbine can effectively reduce nitrogen oxide emissions and achieve NOX≯50mg/m³ ultra-low nitrogen emissions. It can not only effectively improve the quality of textiles produced by textile enterprises and improve production efficiency, but also reduce energy costs and meet environmental protection requirements.

For drying energy technology

While the gas turbine is working to generate electricity, the emitted flue gas enters the amplitude setting machine through the flue pipe, and mixes with the air in the oven under the action of the circulation fan to reach the required temperature to dry the fabric. The temperature of the waste heat flue gas is stable, and the circulating air temperature in the oven can be easily controlled, and the temperature can be automatically adjusted to ensure that the temperature of the circulating air meets the process requirements. The thermal efficiency of the system is as high as 85%, which truly realizes the energy "eating and squeezing out" and reduces the unit energy consumption of the product. At the same time, compared with the traditional direct-fired boiler drying, the high-temperature flue gas is directly connected to the drawing and shaping machine, and there is no open flame, which avoids the risk of fabric fire and has high safety.

Project Overview: Shaoxing Chuangfubang Textile Co., Ltd. is the first gas turbine project in the textile industry in China. The customer is located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, mainly engaged in needle textiles, textile raw materials, clothing and clothing processing and import and export business. The company has a number of stretching and shaping production lines, which generate heat energy through direct-fired ovens to shape the fabric.
