On January 11, 2022, ENN's 2021 college student Xiang Xinli Special Training Camp and the annual benchmarking selection activity of the new leader project came to an end, and ENN Energy Power Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ENN Power) had three partners who won the award. Hu Chenxiang is a master's student who graduated from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom and joined ENN Power Measurement and Control Debugging Business Empowerment Group in January 2021, responsible for the optimization and design of high-speed motor control system. After joining the company, he participated in the 25KW, 160KW, 220KW and 490KW high-speed motor control system projects in gas turbine generator sets, and completed the optimization and finalization of the control system. Hu Chenxiang said that winning the annual benchmark of ENN "New Leader Show" has realized the initial transformation of students into newcomers to the workplace, and this honor is an affirmation of his work, but he still needs to continue to learn, work hard, and forge ahead, and contribute more to the development of gas turbine projects.

Wu Heng is a doctoral student who graduated from Northwestern Polytechnical University and joined ENN Power's R&D business empowerment group in April 2021, responsible for gas turbine air system and heat transfer design. After a one-month rotation internship, he quickly became familiar with the work content of his department and the collaboration methods of different majors, and began to create value in the post, and completed the writing, debugging and improvement of the one-dimensional fluid network program in four months. Wu Heng said that a thousand miles of embankment collapses in an ant nest, and no small bug in the system can be underestimated. Faced with the bugs found during the debugging process, he conducted a cycle of cause analysis and attempts to solve them over and over again until they were repaired. The process is painful, but the more painful the process, the more proud the successful result becomes.


From April to December 2021, Zhang Yi patiently guided the new partners to complete the role transformation from students to professionals, guiding them to transition from school research work to enterprise product-oriented work, adapting to ENN culture, and enhancing consensus building; in different project work, assist new partners to find the strengths and weaknesses of their own knowledge structure, and formulate short-term work goals and ability improvement plans. Zhang Yi said that mentors are an important bridge to inherit ENN culture and play a crucial role in the development of high-potential talents, and he is happy to be able to inherit and develop more new partners as mentors.
