The first in the ceramic industry! ENN Power signed a contract with Sichuan Lihong ceramic gas turbine cogeneration project
On the morning of September 28, ENN Energy Power Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ENN Power) successfully signed the E2100 distributed energy coal-to-gas conversion project (hereinafter referred to as the "energy station") of Sichuan Lihong Ceramics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lihong Ceramics), and provided multi-energy complementary distributed energy system solutions based on small gas turbines and integrated energy supply and full life cycle management including design, construction, equipment procurement, installation, commissioning and operation. This project is the first spray dryer cogeneration system in the domestic ceramic industry, marking that Lihong Ceramics has become the first enterprise in the industry to use natural gas distributed energy for drying operations, and it is also the first breakthrough of ENN Power in the ceramic industry.

Wang Limin, CEO of ENN Power, Lin Lian, Deputy General Manager, and Zhang Shulin, Chairman of Lihong Ceramics, attended the signing ceremony. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on further deepening cooperation, and fully communicated and reached an agreement on the project implementation progress, personnel organization arrangements, safety measures and coordination matters to ensure the smooth development of the project.

Sichuan Lihong Ceramics Co., Ltd. is located in Neijiang City, Sichuan Province, in the center of the Chengdu-Chongqing Special Economic Zone, is a large-scale architectural ceramics enterprise integrating ceramic glaze making, ceramic chemical industry, ceramic design, production and sales, with an annual production of 35 million square meters of architectural ceramic interior wall tiles, exterior wall tiles and floor tiles, 80,000 tons of ceramic glaze, and an output value of 1 billion yuan.

ENN Power organized a professional team to follow up on the project, carried out various work in detail and solidly, and carried out many optimizations and on-site inspections of the project plan through all-round and multi-level communication with customers, and finally combined with the energy consumption characteristics and production needs of Lihong ceramics, the solution of replacing the original coal-fired hot blast stove with gas turbines was highly recognized by users.
ENN Power is equipped with two E2100 gas turbines (rated power 4180kW±5%) for the energy station, which can provide drying heat of 14676kW.h (equivalent to 1554Nm3 natural gas) per hour, and 10 million kcal supplementary burners (normal production hour supplementary ignition capacity is 435Nm3), which can effectively control the inlet air temperature of the top of the drying tower without adjusting the existing production process. While solving the environmental protection pressure caused by coal burning, the generated power can also supplement the customer's production electricity, which greatly solves the impact of power rationing on production.

After the energy station is put into operation, it can reduce the drying cost of Lihong ceramics by more than 20%, supplement customer electricity consumption by 32 million kW.h, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 38,000 tons throughout the year, bringing huge social, environmental and economic benefits, which is an important way for Lihong ceramics to develop circular economy, and also plays a forward-looking demonstration and leading role in the transformation and upgrading of the ceramic industry and green and low-carbon development.
The successful signing of the project fully demonstrates the comprehensive strength of ENN Power's products, technologies and solutions in the field of ceramic drying, lays a solid foundation for the long-term cooperation between ENN Power and Lihong Ceramics in the future, opens up a new direction for the application of natural gas distributed energy supply in the field of powder drying, and will further improve the overall energy supply level of ENN Power in the ceramic industry, enrich industry solutions, and contribute to the national "dual control" and "double carbon" goals.
