The major scientific and technological research projects undertaken by ENN Power in Shanghai have successfully passed the acceptance

On April 26, 2021, the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission's major key scientific and technological research project "Research on International Leading Key Technologies of 100kW Micro Gas Turbine" (project number: 17DZ1201000), led by ENN Energy Power Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ENN Power) and participated by Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Hunan University, successfully passed the acceptance.

The project mainly studied air foil bearings, high-speed motors and controllers, high-speed coupling mechanical systems and micro-combustion turbine core machines, and successfully integrated into all-air bearing micro gas turbine generator sets, making the unit smaller in size, higher efficiency, and less maintenance in the later stage.

The acceptance meeting was organized by the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and well-known technical and financial experts from Shanghai Power Generation Equipment Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai University, 801 Institute of the Sixth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology Group, Shanghai Electric Power University, Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, Shanghai Minghua Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Electric Gas Turbine Co., Ltd., Shanghai Shicheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd., and Academia Sinica of Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd. participated in the acceptance.

The expert group listened carefully to the project work report, reviewed relevant documents and materials, and made questions. After detailed and comprehensive discussion, the participating experts believed that the project completed the development and integrated commissioning of the integrated motor control system; developed and developed air foil bearings applied to 100kW power level micro-combustion turbine generator sets, and completed the test and verification; designed and developed a high-speed inspired integrated motor with a rated speed of 64000rpm, a rated power of 140kW and an efficiency of 96%, and completed the test verification; completed the research and development of a micro-combustion turbine generator set supported by full air bearings and adopting a high-speed inspired integrated motor; the NOx emission of the unit was less than 15ppmv (@15%O).2)。 The project undertaking unit has completed all the research work, and all assessment indicators have met the requirements of the task letter, and unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance.

The successful completion of the "Research on International Leading Key Technologies of 100kW Micro Gas Turbine" project marks that ENN Power's advanced micro gas turbines have reached the international leading level. The continuous exploration and research of advanced technologies of micro and small gas turbines is the driving force for ENN Power to continue to move forward and develop rapidly in the past nine years.
