ENN Power's national key research and development plan "high-speed precision suspension bearing" has passed the mid-term acceptance

On March 7, 2021, the mid-term on-site inspection meeting of the "High-speed Precision Suspension Bearing" project of the National Key R&D Program was held at ENN Energy Power Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ENN Power"), a project participant. All the project indicators met the requirements of the mid-term inspection, which was highly affirmed by the review experts, laying a good foundation for the smooth implementation and successful completion of the project.

 

 

The "High-speed Precision Suspension Bearing" project is led by Tsinghua University, with the participation of Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd., Wuhan University of Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Hunan University, Shandong University, Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), Tianjin Feixuan Technology Co., Ltd., ENN Energy Power Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and other units to jointly tackle key problems, in order to realize the mechanism exploration of several key issues of suspension bearings, as well as technical implementation and platform verification. In this mid-term inspection, through a combination of offline and online, the participating experts listened carefully to the progress reports of each topic, carefully reviewed the relevant materials and test samples, and remotely watched the supercritical magnetic levitation bearing test of Tsinghua University, the drop test of magnetic levitation bearing protection bearings, the axial bearing performance test of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and the radial bearing performance test of air floating bearings of Harbin Institute of Technology. The scene watched the axial and radial bearing performance tests of air float bearings between ENN Power and Hunan University, and agreed that the mid-term assessment indicators were achieved, and they were full of confidence in the final completion of the acceptance indicators of the project.

As a leading supplier of micro and small gas turbines in China, ENN Power has been actively exploring and applying advanced technologies. Participated in the "Topic 5: Service Characteristics of Foil Gas Dynamic Bearings under Extreme Temperature Conditions with High DN Value" led by Hunan University, not only built the international advanced air float bearing radial bearing test, axial bearing test and high temperature test platform, successfully completed the bearing bearing performance test, and provided an indispensable technical verification platform for air float bearings, and took the lead in applying air float bearings in ENN Power's 100kW micro gas turbine, filling the application gap of domestic air float bearings in micro combustion engines.
