Recently, with the delivery of the E390 distributed energy project of Wendeng Weili Tools Group Co., Ltd., the project has officially entered the operation stage, with a comprehensive energy utilization efficiency of more than 85%, a 24% reduction in steam costs, and an energy saving rate of 17.2%.
The Weili Tool project is another in-depth cooperation between ENN Power and Grand Air Conditioning, which adopts E390 micro combustion turbine + waste heat boiler + steam lithium bromide solution. Integrating the technical advantages of Yuanda Air Conditioning and ENN Power, it adopts the integrated application mode of gas distributed energy system to provide comprehensive solutions for customers' needs for cold/heat, steam and electricity, provide customers with green energy and dual-channel power guarantee, create energy-saving value, and practice green development.
At the project installation and construction site, 7 or 8 hours of outdoor work every day, not only to overcome the extremely cold working environment, but also to solve the problems of low temperature environment such as pipeline freezing, after 10 days of hard work, the installation and commissioning work was completed in advance, and successfully delivered to the customer. Shen Yanpeng and Liang Yongxiang, two colleagues of the company's after-sales team, with a strong sense of responsibility and mission, have won high recognition and thanks from customers with solid technology and research spirit, and practiced ENN's corporate culture of "originating from customers, achieving each other, and creating ecology together".
