On January 11, 2021, Zhejiang Longyou Zhexiang E135 distributed energy project was officially delivered and put into operation. After the project is put into operation, it is expected to generate a total of 486,000 kWh of electricity and supply about 7,200 tons of steam per year. Compared with the traditional energy supply model, it saves the initial investment in energy equipment, reduces steam costs by more than 10%, and achieves an overall reduction in energy costs. Zhou Jianjun, general manager of Zhejiang Zhexiang Food Co., Ltd., and Su Xiaofei, project manager of ENN Energy Power Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., participated in the delivery and operation ceremony.

 

Zhejiang Zhexiang Food Co., Ltd., located in Longyou County, Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is a private enterprise mainly producing and operating noodles, color noodles and other foods. Due to the need to expand the production scale, a new production workshop of about 3,000 square meters was built, the original energy supply method is biomass boiler, with an annual production and operation of about 300 days and a daily production time of 24 hours. In response to the call of Zhejiang Province for environmental protection and reducing polluting waste emissions, the new plant uses natural gas as energy fuel. ENN Power combined with the energy needs of customers and proposed a comprehensive energy technology scheme based on micro-combustion engines, that is, using 1 E135 micro gas turbine generator set + 1 1t/h waste heat boiler + 1 2t/h gas boiler to meet customer energy needs.

Zhejiang Longyou Zhexiang E135 distributed energy project is the E135 micro combustion turbine application project of ENN Power's first generation product series, the E135 core machine adopts a single-stage centrifugal compressor, a two-stage axial flow turbine, a plain bearing, and the generator adopts a conventional generator, with mature technology. The E135 micro gas turbine generates electricity by burning natural gas, and the principle of converting the high-temperature flue gas generated by power generation into steam can not only successfully solve the user's energy supply demand for electricity and steam, but also reduce the user's energy and labor costs.
