ENN Power's first E150R micro gas turbine project was officially delivered
On the morning of September 29, ENN Power's first E150R micro-combustion engine cogeneration project equipped with high-speed motor was officially delivered and put into operation in Hebei Baoding Lingji Food Co., Ltd. Baoding Lingji Food Co., Ltd. is located in the new urban area of Baoding City, Hebei Province, is a foreign-funded enterprise mainly producing and operating canned food, meat products, soy products, egg products and other products, and is one of the suppliers of catering enterprises such as Xiabu Xiabu and Yoshinoya. Suzuyoshi Food has an annual production and operation of 300 days, and the daily production time is about 16 hours. Although the original 4t/h gas boiler equipment has solved the problem of environmental protection emissions after the transformation of low nitrogen, it also has low efficiency, resulting in increased energy costs and other problems. ENN Power analyzes and optimizes the energy load based on customer needs, and proposes a comprehensive energy technology scheme based on micro-combustion engines, using 1 E150R micro gas turbine generator set + 1 waste heat boiler with a rated evaporation capacity of 1t/h + 1 peak shaving boiler with a 2t/h peak shaving boiler to meet the energy load of customers, and re-ignition is used to adjust the steam load and use it when the valley electricity is activated. Waste heat flue gas generates hot water through the hot water heat exchanger to realize the cascade utilization of waste heat and rational use of resources. The total annual power generation is 324,000 kWh, the annual steam supply is about 3,774 tons, and the annual heating water supply is 1,680 tons. Compared with the customer's original equipment, the steam cost is reduced by more than 10%, and the hot water cost is reduced by 100%, achieving an overall reduction in energy cost for customers.

The E150R micro-combustion engine is based on the first generation of product E135 for configuration optimization and technical upgrade, inheriting the mature structure of the original product, while the core machine adopts rolling bearings, which greatly reduces mechanical losses andIt adopts a coaxial inspired integrated high-speed motor, reducing transmission losses, the lubrication and cooling requirements of the whole machine are significantly reduced, and the size and weight of the unit are compared with the first generation of productsReduced by about 50%, the performance has been significantly improved, and it is the main product of ENN Power's 100kW micro-combustion engine.

The Baoding Lingji Food Project is ENN Power's first E150R micro combustion engine application project, and the delivery of this project marks that ENN Power's micro combustion engine has reached the international advanced level.
