ENN Power's latest product E160F made its debut at the Industry Fair
On September 16, ENN Energy Power Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ENN Power") recently developed the E160F micro gas turbine at the Energy Technology and Equipment Exhibition of the Industry Fair, showing the world's first-class gas turbine research and development achievements and intelligent manufacturing technology, which was well received by the participants. Wang Limin, General Manager of ENN Power, was invited to attend the exhibition and delivered a keynote speech on "Intelligent Manufacturing of Autonomous Gas Turbines and Embracing the Digital Era" at the theme forum. ENN Power focuses on the research and development and industrialization of micro and small gas turbines, is committed to creating intelligent independent gas turbine products, and proposes 5G and "new infrastructure" to open up a promising application market with digital technology as the core for micro and small gas turbines.

E160F generator set is a major breakthrough product after years of technical precipitation in the field of micro combustion engines, its core machine adopts single-stage high-efficiency centrifugal compressor and single-stage high-efficiency centripetal turbine, the combustion chamber uses an external high-efficiency and low-pollution combustion chamber, low emissions, wide fuel adaptability, easy to disassemble and replace, in addition to using natural gas as fuel, it can also be customized according to user needs, using other different fuels, such as biogas, biomass gas, coke oven gas, diesel, kerosene, etc.

E160F adopts an inspired integrated high-speed motor with a speed of up to 64,000 rpm, which greatly reduces the size of the unit and improves the efficiency of the unit. The core machine and high-speed motor both use air bearings, which have low mechanical losses, good performance, and do not require a lubrication system, representing the most advanced technology in the field of micro combustion turbines in the world. The E160F micro combustion turbine generator set can output 160kWh of electricity, and at the same time output 600°C high-temperature flue gas, which can generate 0.8t/h saturated steam or supply 20,000m² of refrigeration/heat demand, solve the electricity, heat or cooling/heating needs of customers, and are widely used in distributed energy supply scenarios such as cogeneration and cooling, heat and power cogeneration.
At present, ENN power micro combustion engines have been used in dozens of distributed energy projects in many provinces across the country. In addition to natural gas cogeneration and combined heat, it has also made breakthroughs in the application of biogas, coke oven gas, yellow phosphorus exhaust gas and other energy fields, many of which have been in stable operation for more than a year, comprehensively verifying the adaptability and application prospects of domestic micro combustion turbines in the Chinese market.
Founded in 2013, ENN Power, as an innovative enterprise led by science and technology, has successfully developed 100 kW and 300 kW micro combustion turbines and demonstrated applications. The first demonstration machine was officially delivered to customers at the end of 2017, marking the official commercial application of the first domestic micro gas turbine.
