The major scientific and technological research projects undertaken by ENN Power in Shanghai have passed the acceptance!
On August 4, 2020, after four years of hard work, the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission's major key scientific and technological research project "Research on Key Technologies for Efficient Transmission and Combustion of Micro Gas Turbines" (project number: 15dz1207200), led by ENN Power, Tongji University and Shanghai Zhiyin Automation Technology Co., Ltd., successfully completed all research tasks, and the project successfully passed the acceptance of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission.

This project adopts the design of rolling bearing gas turbine, applying advanced high-speed motor technology and automatic combustion control technology, and the unit is smaller in size, higher efficiency and lower in emissions. The rolling bearing micro gas turbine with coaxial inspired integrated high-speed motor (rated power 150kW, rated speed 51000rpm) independently developed by this project fully meets the performance indicators specified in the project, and has carried out project demonstrations in many enterprises such as Baoding Lingji Food Co., Ltd.

The acceptance expert group listened carefully to the project work report, reviewed relevant documents and materials, and made questions. After detailed and comprehensive discussion, the experts at the meeting believed that the 160kW high-speed inspired integrated motor developed by the project has completed the test verification, and the efficiency has reached 96%; the power generation efficiency of the micro-combustion turbine unit using high-speed motor has reached 27.7%; the NOx emission concentration under wide load is less than 25 ppm; the high-speed motor inspired inverter technology based on vector control method and space vector pulse width modulation technology has realized the prediction and control of differential shooting current. The project undertaking unit completed all the research work, and all of them met the assessment indicators of the task book, and unanimously agreed to pass the acceptance.
The successful completion of the project of "Research on Key Technologies for Efficient Transmission and Combustion of Micro Gas Turbines" marks that the technical level of ENN Power's advanced micro gas turbines has reached the leading position in China and is one step closer to the international advanced level.
