On May 18, 2019, the 2019 China Langfang International Economic and Trade Fair hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and the Hebei Provincial Government was held in Langfang.
Gas turbines are known as the "crown jewel" of the equipment manufacturing industry, due to their simple and compact structure and the application of a series of advanced technologies such as air bearings and high-speed motors, so that they have the advantages of long life, good mobility, high reliability, wide fuel adaptability, low pollution emissions, etc., in the cogeneration cold and cogeneration market and other fields are more and more widely used, and gradually become the core power equipment of natural gas distributed energy supply system. Due to the technical characteristics of high speed, high temperature and high pressure, the technical difficulties in design, materials, processing, assembly and control are still not produced by domestic enterprises and scientific research institutes for many years.
As the R&D base of ENN Group's micro and small gas turbines, ENN Power focuses on the development of micro and small gas turbines, and is committed to filling the gap in the industrialization of domestic micro and small gas turbines. After years of exploration and hard work, the company has successfully developed a 100 kW power level gas turbine (E100) with completely independent intellectual property rights, which is currently the only product that can be commercially operated in China, and has begun mass production and entered the commercial operation stage. Other series of gas turbines are also under development, among which the 300 kW power level gas turbine (E300) has completed the performance debugging of the whole machine and has begun commercial operation. The 600 kW power class gas turbine (E600) and the 1.5 megawatt power class gas turbine (E1500) have completed the preliminary design of the product.
In addition to the advantages of high reliability, long life, low pollution emissions, low noise, low maintenance rate, and good scalability, ENN gas turbine also adopts a unique heat recovery ratio adjustable technology, which makes the exhaust temperature continuously adjustable between 270°C and 650°C, and flexibly adjusts the thermoelectric ratio, becoming one of the only two micro gas turbine products in the world that can be used to generate steam, greatly expanding the use scenarios of micro gas turbines.
Compared with foreign brands of micro-combustion turbines, ENN power micro-combustion engines have high cost performance on the one hand, and the core components are 100% localized; on the other hand, the self-developed products are far better than foreign gas turbines in terms of supply cycle, after-sales service, scene customization, operation and maintenance services, etc., and are more suitable for the domestic market. Combined with ENN's pan-energy network technology, the comprehensive energy efficiency can reach more than 90%.
On the basis of the existing micro-combustion turbines, the company continues to carry out technical improvements and upgrades, with the research and development and application of advanced technologies such as high-speed motors and air bearings, the parameters and performance of ENN gas turbines will reach the international leading level.
