Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone Jiali Garment Washing Service Company was registered and established in 2003, with more than 20 garment factories in Hebei Province as a stable source of customers, and a market share of 50% in the laundry service industry in Shijiazhuang and Hengshui City. Jiali has an operating time of 330 days/year, and currently has a cleaning line (9 washing machines), a drying line (17 dryers), and a styling ironing line. At present, it relies on CNG gas tanks to support the operation of two steam generators, and the steam engine equipment is unstable and dangerous, and it will also be troubled by problems such as shortage of air sources in winter, affecting the normal operation and production of enterprises.

ENN Power combines customer needs, analyzes and optimizes the energy load, and proposes a pan-energy application solution based on a micro-combustion engine, using the E135 gas micro-combustion turbine unit for power generation, high-temperature flue gas enters the waste heat boiler for waste heat utilization, and the waste heat boiler generates steam into the steam pipe network for the production process of shaping and drying process, and uses the customer's existing "1×1t/h steam generator + 1×0.8t/h steam generator" for peak shaving and fault response, and the waste heat boiler outlet is connected to the customer's existing sub-cylinder to realize the cascade utilization of waste heat and rational use of resources.
