ENN Power's first comprehensive energy micro-combustion turbine project in North China was officially signed
On the morning of April 2, ENN Power's first integrated energy micro-combustion turbine project in North China was signed in Baoding ENN Gas Co., Ltd. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Xiaoqiang, deputy general manager of Baoding ENN Gas, and attended the signing ceremony by Hao Chao, general manager of Baoding Lingji Food Co., Ltd., He Jianxue, chairman of Baoding ENN Gas, Zhang Aidong, general manager, and Lin Lian, deputy general manager of ENN Energy Power Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

Baoding Lingji Food Co., Ltd. is located in the new urban area of Baoding City, Hebei Province, is a foreign-funded enterprise mainly producing and operating canned food, meat products, soy products, egg products and other products, and is one of the suppliers of catering enterprises such as Xiabu Xiabu and Yoshinoya. Suzuyoshi Food has an annual production and operation of 300 days, and the daily production time is about 16 hours. Although the original 4t/h gas boiler equipment has solved the problem of environmental protection emissions after the transformation of low nitrogen, it has also been inefficient, resulting in increased energy costs and other problems. ENN Power analyzes and optimizes the energy load based on customer needs, and proposes a comprehensive energy technology scheme based on micro-combustion turbine, using a newly developed E100RR micro gas turbine generator set + a waste heat boiler with a rated evaporation capacity of 1t/h (with supplementary ignition, supplementary ignition output of 2t/h) to meet the minimum steam load demand, and the supplementary combustion is used to adjust the steam load and the valley electricity is activated. The waste heat flue gas generates hot water through the hot water heat exchanger to realize the cascade utilization of waste heat and rational use of resources. The total annual power generation is 324,000 kWh, the annual steam supply is about 3,774 tons, and the annual heating water supply is 1,680 tons. Compared with the customer's original equipment, the steam cost is reduced by about 10% and the hot water cost is reduced by 100%, which will reduce the overall energy cost for the customer.

Baoding Lingji Food Project is ENN Power's third comprehensive energy project for the food processing industry after Longyou Zhexiang Food and Zhonghui Food Industrial Park. There is a large amount of electricity and steam demand in the food processing industry, and ENN Power's distributed energy solution based on micro combustion engine can effectively improve customers' energy costs and reduce emissions. Through this cooperation, it has driven the energy conservation awareness of surrounding enterprises and played an important role in the green and energy-saving development of the food processing industry and the energy conservation and emission reduction of Baoding City.
